How do I put things back into a reset iPhone?

I reset my iPhone last night to factory settings, and all it shows on the screen is the USB cable plugging into iTunes. I have it plugged into my computer, now what do I do from here? Serious answers appreciated, in simple forms, as I have limited understanding

That means it hasn't reset completely - it's in the reset more still. Disconnect the phone, start iTunes, connect your phone and iTunes will recognise it and complete the reset process. When it's finished, simply sync the phone and all the stuff that
