Is there a way to use my iPhone warranty to get a new/refurbished one? What do I tell them at the shop/phone?

I could tell them that there are dead pixels, that my "keys" stick and dont register when I press some keys, or that my speakers are low and really static-y, or that my iphone freezes more often than before, or that I don't receive some texts

If there is something wrong the phone, the warranty should get the phone replaced. It all depends on the problems. If they won't, Apple's own manafacturer warranty should cover it.
