Are there laptops which support Macintosh operating systems and are not from Apple?

I needed to know if there are companies who make laptops which support Macintosh operating systems other than Apple because I like the Mac but I don't have enough money to buy one from Apple itself.
google for a company called PyStar. OpenMac is bout 1/4 the cost, but Apple is contesting that company's product. PyStar will have to prove they didn't reverse engineer. I say google, to read all the recent news concerning this hardware.
