I have an ipod shuffle which only came with a USB cable, no disk or anything. I plugged it into my laptop but it won't work because it says I need drivers. Can anyone help me?

It's not the iPod then. It's your laptop. You are missing necessary drives that run hard drive-based mp3 players like iPods. You might want to go to your manufacturer and call to see if you can get some installed. Or, if you have a PC or a Mac I dvise
