IPod Touch Problem - Cydia Crashing on Start-up!!! & Installer Error: "Unable to decode source at ..."?

I know this looks long but please, please help me out here. I don't know where else to go. Your time is greatly appreciated!

I have iPod Touch 2nd Generation.

PROBLEM #1 - Cydia crashing on start-up:
