HELP PLEASE!! Name of a free program that transfers Ipod music to computer without having to register?

I downloaded a few programs that they say transfer your ipod music to you computer but once I open them they say you have to register or they only download 10 songs per time since I'm not regidstered and to do so I have to pay, I'd appreciate if someone
