Will ATT charge me more if I bought a iphone 4 off eBay when my contract hasnt expired?

I just upgraded my iPhone 3GS from iPhone 3G recently like a week ago bec I had no patience.. and I regretted it....my contract was supposed to expire after August 25th but now its postponed to next December.

If there's no change in the plan then they shouldn't.
