SMTP Server for Windows?
I need help finding an actually working SMTP server for Windows Server 2008, seeing as there is no php mail() function on WAMPServer. I've searched just about everywhere, tried phpMailer, login didn't work, kept giving a server error. and also "Free
There is a PHP mail() function, but it sends to an SMTP server. (mail() isn't an SMTP server, it just uses one.)
1) You can point PHP to your provider email server. (Every account has at least one.)
2) You can use Gmail.
