How do you get music on your iPod touch with media fire?

I have an iPod touch that's 8GB and i've been trying to get music on it with media fire but I dont know how :(

Get music files onto ipod touch library, you can try iMacsoft ipod Transfer, easily allow you to add songs/videos/podcasts/tv show into ipod touch library without iTunes' help.
