can i fix a ipod nano 3rd generation that has been totally submerged in water?
i got my ipod nano totally submerged in water and after i took it out it started flickering like crazy and then stopped. i trying to get as much of the water out as i could but since i cant open it i just put it in front of a fan to dry out the inside.
It will probably cost more to fix then replace. Unfortunately that always seems to happen with iPods.
There is a way of drying it but it might sound stupid (It does work sometimes)
Put your iPod in a bowl of dry rice for about 2 or 3 days.

You might have missed a recent post on TUAW about a new program called Submerge that lets you, among other things, embed subtitles in your movies. Submerge is especially useful if you like to download movies on to your Apple TV, iPhone or iPod.
