How do I transfer files from my Dell Jukebox to my IPOD application on my computer?

I used to store my music using Dell's Jukebox apllication but once I got the IPOD I liked that apllication much better. So now I need to save myself the trouble of downloading everything again. Can you help me? Please.

Are you using Music Match for the Dell JukeBox? I don't believe there is a specific Dell application for the JukeBox.

If you are using MM, then you have a bunch of MP3's on your machine.
