Apple says you can use their iPod nano as a PDA. Anyone ever tried it? How easy is it to use?

eyesonly Lots of forum talk about people experiencing cracked screens on their Nano's. Could this be a serious flaw? or just some isolated incidents. Someone has set up a site where you can send in your pictures and stories if it happend to you. Let's hope this doesn't go unnoticed by Apple.
