install second operating system

How do I "sync" my iPod? Because there are no boxes to check beside my videos and there is no "apply" button.

Also, the Sync iPod button under the "File" is grey and I cannot click on it. Please help!

ok so first plug your ipod into the computer then bring itunes up..once its up go to owners ipod which should be under devices. (it might not says owners ipod it could say like your name's ipod or something) then there on the page there is a button that
