can i still hack my iphone after upgrading it to firmware 1.1.3?

I upgraded my iphone to firmware 1.1.3 but my question is can i still hack it? if so how ? i have windows how please.

With Apple's introduction of iPhone software 1.13, all previous hack modules are ineffective, as Apple created a new fix. The simple answer is no, you cannot hack it to use other cellular providers. Also, there is no downgrading to previous versions.
