How can you transfer some songs from one ipod to another? I mean, is it possible?

This may be dumb, but can you connect two ipods in the same PC and see if they both appear in itunes? Also, can you drag and drop songs from one ipod list to another ipod list? Thanks for answering my inquiries. (:
