my 4th generation ipod nano click wheel is frozen and I can't scroll through anything.
I've tried resetting it, restarting it and updating the software, is there any other way to fix it?
To fix the issue:
Try and turning of the iPod / switching the hold switch to of position. If this does not work try and reseting your iPod from iTunes or even try and diagnosing the problem with 'iPod Nano Diagnoser.'
