With the new 3G iPhone priced at $199, will there likely be iPod/iPod Touch price reductions?

Since the 80GB iPod Classic goes for $249 and the iPod nano 8GB at $199, you'd think Apple might wanna make them cheaper than the iPhone?

It's cheaper to us. It's not cheaper to AT&T.

Everytime AT&T activates an iPhone 3G, they pay Apple $425 (so the iPhone 3G is actually more expensive than the original). So think of Apple selling the iPhone 3G to AT&T for $425
