What is the latest version of itunes compatible with Mac OSX 10.3.9?

When trying to connect my new iPod shuffle to my computer a message is displayed stating that a newer version of iTunes is required, unfortunately the latest version will not download onto my Mac OSX 10.3.9. Is there a version that would be compatible
