Where do i get free OS software for my NOKIA 5130 and how to install the software?

Please help me to get new basic OS software installed in my nokia 5130..... do i need any other software for installing that OS software????

you will get the os (operating system) nowhere only the nokia care may help you. it is the version of the software is upgraded only. in phones you can not install os of your own choice. they come preloaded with those and cannot be switched over.
