how can i integrate ipod into my jeep grand Cherokee?

any one knows how to integrate ipod into Jeep Grand cherokee 2001? i need to control all the functions of ipod using steering wheel, like volume and changing songs. I heard it is possible, but need guidence... any body???

1. Use FM transmitter
2. Any new standard Car CD player with Aux input.
