which one is better between filezilla and filezilla server for own web hosting?

I want to host my own web site; so, I need an FTP for it. I do not know which one to install between filezilla and filezilla server . I've already installed Windows 2003 server and I've registered my domain name, I have never done this FTP thing before.

You don't need any for your own site. Users accessing your server will use what they want, so long as you are using filezilla server.
